LCN to host 2009 Convention in Los Angeles

In 2008, we gathered in the presence of Washington D.C.’s great national landmarks to
kick off the Lebanese Collegiate Network’s (LCN) convention. To continue our tradition, we invite you to join us at the 2009 LCN Convention under the bright sunshine of Los Angeles. The LCN is proud to announce that the Lebanese Student Association of the California State Polytechnic University of Pomona is the 2009 host of the LCN Convention. The convention will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 27 & 28. Please register today at

The convention’s primary purpose is to develop students, alumni and University Lebanese Clubs professionally and academically. It’s also a great opportunity to have fun! What better place to celebrate than in Los Angeles? Los Angeles is home to Hollywood, several beaches and excellent tourist sites. We encourage all out-of-state travelers to arrive a few days early and/or stay a few days extra and enjoy the scenic landmarks of LA.

A preliminary schedule can be found at Most events are scheduled for Saturday March 28. To end the convention, the Most Outstanding ULC Award and the Academic Excellence & Heritage Award will be given out during the Awards Dinner.

Help us reach our goal of 100 Lebanese students from 20 different universities by registering
